1. What shipping options are available?
We ship worldwide from the USA. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
We offer a variety of shipping options with USPS and UPS, from Express to Economy.
You may select your preferred shipping service at checkout, the accurate cost of shipping will be calculated based on your address.
2. What is my tracking number?
You will be notified of your tracking number by email when your order ships.
3. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is the importer and must comply with all rules and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control. You will be notified by customs should your order require clearance.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please download the RETURNS FORM with details.
Items which arrive damaged may be returned for an exchange or refund. If this occurs, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and give the status of your goods. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. If the damage was our fault or the shipping carriers fault, we will reimburse you for the shipping, so please save a receipt and send it to us for a full refund plus any shipping costs you incur.
